Payment is due at the time of service, and can be made by cash or check. We do not accept credit cards.
We have made the decision to not participate as managed care providers in the interests of providing optimal care and availability to our clients. Managed care participation interferes with our goals of personalized client care, privacy and confidentiality. Being independent practitioners allows us to tailor your therapy to your needs rather than the arbitrary constraints of a third party.
If you plan to use your out-of-network benefits, please let us know, and we will be glad to provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
